The VoxelMind mod is free software under the MIT license. The license text in the source code governs your right to use, copy, modify and distribute it. The mod is provided free of charge and without warranty to the extent permitted by law.

VoxelMind is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

AI beings decide for themselves. They can be wrong, misremember, misjudge and surprise you. Builder and God can change your world with console-level commands, and companions can break blocks and die. Please use a test world or keep a backup of worlds you care about.

The AI you connect is your choice. Using Player2, OpenRouter or a local model is governed by the terms of that provider, or by none in the case of software you run yourself. We are not a party to those relationships.

Sparks are prepaid credit for our AI service at api.voxel-mind.com. Every request is rendered live. Sparks can be spent only on that service.

• Requirements: Minecraft Java Edition with Fabric and the VoxelMind mod, and a genuine Minecraft/Mojang account for the in-game sign-in.
• One Spark corresponds to roughly one minute of play with the standard model. This is an approximation; actual consumption depends on what happens in the game and on the model used.
• Billing: each request uses Sparks according to the actual cost charged by the model provider (currently 300 Sparks per US dollar of provider cost). We do not worsen this rate for Sparks you have already bought. If a new standard model clearly uses more Sparks per minute of play, we will announce this beforehand; you can then ask for a refund of your unused purchased Sparks.
• Sparks are credited to the Minecraft account whose name you enter at purchase. Please check the spelling. You can buy for any Minecraft name, for example as a gift for a friend. Sparks cannot be transferred afterwards. Exchange for money is excluded; the refund under section 6 and the right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
• Sparks never expire.
• As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT; the prices shown are final prices. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Welcome Sparks (once per Minecraft account) and daily free Sparks are voluntary gifts. The daily pool is capped worldwide, there is no claim to a certain amount, and we may change or end these gifts. Free Sparks have no cash value.

Steps: choose a pack, enter the Minecraft name, continue to Stripe Checkout, pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. You can correct input errors in Stripe Checkout before you pay.

We store the contract text. After each purchase we send a confirmation email with the pack, the recipient name, the price, these terms, the withdrawal instructions and the consent you gave. The contract languages are German and English.

If you are under 18, you need your parents' consent to buy. If parents ask for a refund of a purchase they did not consent to, we refund the full amount and take the Sparks back.

Sparks are delivered digitally and immediately after the payment has been confirmed. Your statutory warranty rights (gesetzliche Mängelrechte) apply.

Free daily Sparks are used first, then gifted Sparks (Welcome Sparks, credits, codes), and purchased Sparks last. We refund unused purchased Sparks on request at the pack price per Spark to the person who paid. Sparks from a compensation code for a subscription that ended early count as purchased.

To request a refund, write to info@voxel-mind.com with the Minecraft name and the time of your payment.

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Sparks are prepaid credit for a digital service. By confirming on the payment page you expressly request that we start the service before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw, you owe proportional compensation (Wertersatz, § 357a (2) BGB) for the Sparks already used. The right of withdrawal expires once all purchased Sparks are used (§ 356 (5) no. 2 BGB).

You can withdraw with the “Withdraw from contract” link at the bottom of every page (voxel-mind.com/withdraw) or by email. The full withdrawal instructions follow in section 8.

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nyvoro UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Johann-Georg-Fischer-Straße 18, 73079 Süßen, Germany, email info@voxel-mind.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the online withdrawal function at voxel-mind.com/withdraw (link “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page) or write an email to info@voxel-mind.com. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract. Here, that is the share of the purchased Sparks that were already used. We set this amount off against the reimbursement.

Early expiry. Your right of withdrawal expires once all purchased Sparks are used (§ 356 (5) no. 2 BGB).

We run the Sparks service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: it depends on providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe and OpenRouter and on the model providers behind it. We may change the service, the standard model, the prices of new packs and the amount of free Sparks. This does not apply to Sparks you have already purchased to your disadvantage: the billing rate and the refund under sections 4 and 6 remain as promised. If we discontinue the Sparks service permanently, we will announce it in advance and refund unused purchased Sparks on request.

Do not abuse the service. In particular, do not try to collect free Sparks with multiple or automatically created accounts, do not bypass limits, do not resell access and do not use the AI to generate unlawful content. We may block accounts that do, and we may refuse to credit free Sparks in such cases.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage; otherwise it is excluded. For the free mod, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for loss of data is limited to the effort of restoring it from a backup that you would have made in line with the risk. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live. The statutory right to take disputes to the competent courts is unaffected.
