  • Waitlist signup: Your email address, submitted voluntarily when you join our waitlist.
  • Usage data: Anonymous analytics data such as page views, referral source, and device type (collected via privacy-friendly analytics).

3. Why We Collect It

  • To notify you about product launches and updates.
  • To improve our website and product.
  • Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your data. We use the following third-party services, all bound by data processing agreements:

  • Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) — Website hosting. Data processed under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  • Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) — Database for waitlist data. Data stored in EU region (Frankfurt).

Waitlist emails are stored until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained in anonymized form.
